Why Capital One statements don't import into Xero directly
Xero imports bank data from CSV, not PDF, so a Capital One statement has to be converted first. Capital One card statements group rows by cardholder; the converter flattens them into a single transaction list. You get one clean, Xero-ready ledger instead of fighting merged cells and split columns.
