How to import a statement into Zoho Books

  1. 1. Convert the statement. Upload the statement PDF and download the CSV.
  2. 2. Open the account. In Zoho Books: Banking → select the account → Import Statement.
  3. 3. Map & import. Map Date, Amount, and Description to the CSV columns, then import.
